News of Japan is similar to the comedy show

I was watching a news program in Japan on Saturday morning TV.
The content of which was like a comedy show at all.
Level of Japanese is low enough.

私は土曜の早朝のテレビで日本のニュース番組をみていました。
その内容はまるでお笑い番組のようでした。
日本人のレベルは十分低いですね。
（わたくしもですが。）
悲しいことです。
