In the elevator

I live on the 10th floor of the old mansion.
And It is possible to have a dog in this mansion.
However, the dog will pee in the elevator.
The owner of the dog does not do post-processing.
I have encountered in the scene just today.
Deplorable！

私は古いマンションの１０階に住んでいます。
そしてこのマンションでは犬などを飼ってもよいルールです。
しかし、その犬がエレベータの中でおしっこをします。
そしてその犬の飼い主はその処理をしません。
ちょうど今日わたしはその場面に遭遇してしまいました。
嘆かわしい～！
