I finally became a real old man.
I joined the people called the old-age elderly.
And today, I got a long - term care insurance card from the city office.
Along with that, I must pay the nursing care insurance fee.

私はついに本物の老人になりました。
私は「前期高齢者」と呼ばれる人々の仲間入りをさせていただきました。
そして，本日，市役所から介護保険証をいただきました。
それに伴って，私は介護保険料を納税しなければなりません。
