1 liter is 171 yen.
(About $ 6.346 / 1 US gal)
Cause of the rise seems to trouble in the Middle East.
The day I cannot ride a car because fuel cost is too high might come.

またガソリンの値段が上がっていました。

値上がりの原因は中近東のトラブルだそうです。
